CYBERFACE
Cyberface is a CNC software interface designed and engineered for Donatoni CR01/02 robotic machining cells in collaboration with KUKA, to make programming operations as simple and fast as possible.
This innovative tool allows complex sculpting and shaping operations to be performed with impeccable precision and quality, so that customers can exploit the full potential of robots.
Our job is to make your work easier
Cyberface transforms a simple robot into a highly efficient CNC machine capable of processing complex sculpting and shaping programs, and: connects and integrates CAD-CAM and Eureka software, and aligns the tool database of various software, reducing programming time. This allows those who already have experience on traditional machining centres to learn the machine’s functionality in a short time.
2 years of research and development, one solution
The difference between a normal robot CNC and Cyberface lies in precision. Our robotics team led the software to manage minimum distances of individual CNC trajectory points, combined with trajectory planning based on a 150-point perspective, greatly improving accuracy, trajectory performances and speed.
