The three days of events organized by Donatoni Group at its Headquarters in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Verona was a real success. The Stone Tech Days were held on 19, 20 and 21 April and hosted visitors from all over the world, who had the opportunity to see DONATONI machines in action and discover the different functions and potential of each of them.
Furthermore, the guests had the opportunity to speak directly with the technicians and experts of the Donatoni Group in order to discover more about the mechanical aspects and those relating to the software of the machines.
For this purpose, a specially designed workstation was created for D-MES. D-MES is a software created to meet the specific needs of the stone sector, especially as regards production planning, monitoring and control of production cycles.
The platform is configurable and is able to adapt to the complexity and variety of stone processing processes. The D-MES thus allows real-time monitoring of production and complete integration with the work areas; this means a reduction in waste and therefore better production efficiency. During the Stone Tech Days specific demos on the D-MES were made, obviously much appreciated by all the guests.
